Every auction sheet, read in plain English.
The original Japanese sheet beside a structured read: grades, mileage, damage, options, inspector notes and the full frame number.

内装ヤレ少
What it reads, box by box.
Grade box
Overall grade (S, 6–1, R/RA for repaired), then interior and exterior letters A–E.
Damage map codes
Letter is the kind, number is the size. Each code is placed on the panel it was marked on.
Inspector notes
Handwritten comments translated line by line — often the part that changes your bid.
Frame number
The full chassis number — not a 17-digit VIN. It follows the car into your paperwork and title.
WGNC34-012345Fix a misread once
The sheet stays next to the read so you can check any field. A frame number the reader isn’t sure of is flagged; correct it on the car and the fix stays with the car.

Sheet questions
What if the lot has no sheet yet?+
A hunt can ask your agent for it by email. With Fastmail connected, the reply is picked up and the sheet is read automatically.
How accurate is the translation?+
Printed fields read reliably; handwriting is harder. Keep the original beside the read, and check anything that changes your bid.
Can I upload a sheet I got elsewhere?+
Yes — upload a photo or scan of it on the car, or on the lot in a hunt.
