Your real landed cost, from your own paperwork.
Drop in the stack of PDFs. Every line is pulled out for you to check, added up per car, and linked to the document it came from. No made-up “standard” costs.
A pile of PDFs in. One honest number out.
Drag in the stack
Drop them all at once. Each document is recognised and matched to the right car by its frame number.
Review the lines it found
Nothing is booked until you look. Accept or edit each line, then apply — applying a document again replaces its lines, never doubles them.
See what’s still missing
A checklist per car tells you which paperwork hasn’t arrived, so the total is never quietly incomplete.
Record the sale, see the profit
Enter what it sold for. Profit per car is the sale minus the landed cost you can trace line by line.
One 7501, five vehicles, each car on its own line.
A single RoRo entry into Los Angeles/Long Beach. Each car books only its own line — duty, MPF and HMF from its entered value — and the five reconcile exactly to the entry totals.

Rates are whatever the broker filed for that entry — tariffs on Japanese vehicles keep changing, so Right Hand DMS never assumes one. It reads them off the 7501 and tallies.
It flags what doesn’t add up before you apply it.
Applying a document shows what it found and anything that looks off — double-booked duty, shared fees, a missing exchange rate — so you can fix it with your broker or agent before it lands on the car.
Details that matter to an importer
Yen amounts convert at the rate on the document or your actual Wise transfer — never a default.
A document books to the car it’s attached to; a 7501 books only that car’s line.
If a document hasn’t arrived, the line is missing — not guessed.
Landed cost questions
Which documents does it recognise?+
Agent and auction invoices, Wise transfers, bills of lading, customs broker invoices, CBP 7501 and 3461, export certificates, EPA and DOT forms, port, trucking and title receipts, and parts invoices.
Can I add costs without a document?+
Yes — hand-entered lines are marked as manual so you can always tell them apart.
