Auction logins and mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest
They’re stored with AES-256-GCM and used only to run your own searches and handle your own mail. We never use your agent account for anyone else’s searches.
Every account is isolated
Your cars, customers, costs and documents are separated from every other account. Another shop can’t see your bids or your margins.
Email is draft-first
Customer emails wait in your Outbox until you approve them, unless you switch on auto-send. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time, in the app or from your email provider.
What AI is used for
Reading auction sheets and your documents, pricing comparable lots, checking matches against a customer’s criteria and writing listing blurbs. It runs on Anthropic’s Claude, on your account’s data only, for your account only.
